If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
Please contact our support team with your order number and photos (if damaged) before sending anything back — we’ll provide return instructions within 1–3 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that sale, custom-made, or altered items are not eligible for return, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
